The indent for creation of new Website Design and/or Development given on client’s mail and/or placed in writing under MAPTEK’s acknowledgment, the latest shall be treated to be final and the output shall be based on such last indent/or revised indent. The final out put shall be prepared to suit to client’s requirements best on the information and the nature of requirements placed with us and thus the output shall not be questioned once released.

Our estimate for the services rendered by MAPTEK shall be based on the initial requirement placed by client with MAPTEK, which shall be revised from time to time as per client’s additional requirement. Such estimate shall be sent to client by mail and client shall negotiate and finalize and communicate client’s counter offer / acceptance on MAPTEK e-mail or by written communication under MAPTEK acknowledgment and the same shall be final.

After releasing the said website and/or design develop by MAPTEK, the MAPTEK shall not be responsible for the manner in which the same is use, utilized and/or displayed for client’s advertisements and/or any other business matters. Thus MAPTEK shall not be responsible for any actions or consequences out of use or utilization of the said new website.

If the assignment is to be cancelled, the advance that may have been received by MAPTEK shall stand immediately forfeited, however MAPTEK shall immediately return the ownership of copy right material and all other material taken from client. Settlement of further payment will be on mutual understanding.

MAPTEK shall communicate to client about the completion of project / website informing the day of release, upon which balance payment shall be made by client. The due date for such payment shall be computed from the date of the delivery / release of such new web-site / project. In case client request for delayed payment of 15 days up to 30 days, client shall pay additional service charges which shall be equivalent to 18% of the balance amount payable by client to MAPTEK.

Maptek is reseller of Domain Names, Emails and Hosting Services. Our servers are with WIPL and Domain names are with BigRock and Godaddy.

A credit line (Powered by Maptek) is a tiny line that appears in footer of the website for original work done by MAPTEK. MAPTEK shall be given proper credit for their work. If not required, 20% extra charge of the project cost will be applicable.

This Agreement shall be governed by Indian Law, under the jurisdiction of Thane, Maharashtra, India.
